How Do You Know if You Have Burnout?
There are 3 symptoms to Burnout

Emotional and Sometimes Physical Exhaustion
Irritability
Lack of energy: feeling a lack of energy and tired all the time.
Decreased concentration: forgetfulness and inattentive to tasks at work
Weak immune system: you’re more prone to infection when your body is always tired
Depression

Pessimism or Apathy Toward Your Work
Loss of enjoyment: no longer enjoying the work you once enjoyed
Isolation: more uninterested in socializing than normal
Feeling detached mentally from work: no longer being emotionally invested in your work

Feeling a Lack of Accomplishment
Lack of productivity: doing busy work to avoid work that matters
Poor performance: overall work performance suffers
