Rock Climbing Indoors
Watch me try out indoor rock climbing. It’s easy to lose focus and give up because you’re too tired to think your way to the next hand hold.
Rock climbing is both physically and psychologically challenging (if you’re afraid of heights). You’ve got to contend with sweaty hands, grips that are oddly shaped, small hooks, or holes only large enough to fit a single finger into, or simply not having anything to grip at all. Always be safe while climbing which means making sure you clearly communicate with the guy on the ground so nobody gets hurt.
Check out some of the climbing equipment my friends and I are using.
